NO FISH!
The live sand, water, and live rock is all you should have in that tank for about 2 weeks.
You can set up your tank with sand and rock, sure, no problem with that. But, you’d want to wait for the tank to settle and acclimate to its new location before considering adding anything.
I’d suggest treating it as a brand new system and allowing it to cycle again. Set it up, let the water chemistry go through the paces. If you don’t see any ammonia after a few days, then its probably cycled and ready for fish and coral.
Always start by adding your cleanup crew first (crabs and snails and cleaner shrimp)
Remember to add fish only a few at a time and google up some acclimatization procedures.
