You are having a bacterial bloom. Mostly caused by OVER cleaning your tank. It will take a few days for the colonies to regrow and catch up with the ammonia levels, but it should be fine.

I have been using this AquaSafe water conditioner (to make the water fresh and clear). Its suppose to make the water safe for fish and makes it healthy, clear water. It Neutralizes any chlorine, chloramine, and heavy metals harmful to fish. It enhances natural, protective slime coating of fish. it suppose to work in seconds. but if you buy it, make sure you read the instructions so you don’t kill your fish. Hope this helps.

Your fish may have a bad case of diaria. This is quite common with grey water. My fish has a bad problem with this and I have to totally clean his tank and replace all his water every week! It sucks!
